PreK loved reading, singing, and learning with Mr. Jake from the library on Friday!

Ms. Blume and Mrs. McDowell's classes celebrated their published writing with each other. 2nd graders shared their small moment story and the 4th graders shared their Narrative Writing.

Mrs. Biddle's class had a DINO-mite day sharing our research projects with our families. Our paleontologist skills were put to the test with a fossil find challenge! 🦖🦕💥🕵️♀️

Today and every day, Mrs. Kolasa's class celebrates loves, kindness, and inclusivity. On this day, we shined in our purple. We love our Mighty Mason. He teaches us every day what it means to be strong and persistent.

Thank you for supporting Epilepsy Awareness Day! A kindergarten friend’s family even shared purple lollipops with the whole school. PreK 4 was rocking their purple today.

PreK 4 had so much fun dressing up as our favorite book characters for the parade.

Students can submit projects for Media Expo 2024. Entries are due January 5th. Please visit https://www.wcpsmediaexpo.com/ or reach out to your school librarian for more information.

Kindergarten children from Mrs. Kolasa class partnered up with Mr. Johnson's 3rd graders to read during 100 Book. This was a fabulous way for the older readers at SES to set examples for the younger readers. Such a beneficial experience.
