Worcester County Public Schools will open two-hours late today, Friday, December 5, 2025, due to inclement weather conditions. Buses will operate accordingly.
Buckingham Elementary extends a heartfelt thank you to the aerobics classes of the Ocean City Recreation Department, the Worcester County Bar Association, the Radford University Alumni Chapter, Worcester Gold, and Keller Williams Realty Delmarva for your generous fall holiday assistance. Your support has made a meaningful difference for our Buckingham families, and we are truly grateful for everything you have done.

Attention all Houses! Don't forget our house holiday drive from now until December 19th. We are collecting personal care items such as shampoo & conditioner, soap, tissues, chapstick, dental & hygiene products, and hats & gloves to restock our BES care closet and provide for our families in need over the holiday season. Each item earns 1-5 points for your students' house. Please have items clearly marked with your students' name and house. Thank you for your generosity and we can't wait to see how the points fall!
With wintry weather on the horizon, we want to remind families where to find inclement weather notifications. For those extended family members who may not receive notifications directly from us, you can stay in the know by downloading our mobile app and enabling notifications.
