Our hearts are full as we say a bittersweet goodbye to our incredible BES custodians, Mr. Larry Lewis and Mrs. Glenda Holden who are retiring at the end of this school year! 🎉
For years, they've been the quiet heroes behind the scenes, ensuring our school was always a clean, safe, and welcoming place for our students and staff. From sparkling hallways to tidy classrooms, their dedication and hard work made a real difference every single day. They didn't just clean; they cared. They were often the first smiling faces we saw in the morning and the last to leave, always going above and beyond with a kind word or a helping hand.
We'll miss their warm presence, their tireless efforts, and the genuine care they poured into our school community. We wish them a retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and all the happiness they so richly deserve! Thank you for everything! ❤️

Yesterday, students from Head Start visited Buckingham to tour our building as they prepare to join us next school year for preK. Student were greeted and had their picture taken with the one and only Bucky Bear! We can't wait to see all these students in the fall!

Come out to BES for our 1st Annual Mental Health BBQ! Have a hotdog, popcorn, and a snow-cone!!! Bounce Houses, a game truck, and lots of resources available for all!!! We are here from 5-7!
