Help Buckingham Elementary Students Start the School Year with Confidence!

Buckingham Elementary is excited to host our first-ever Bucky's Gear Up Giveaway! We are collecting brand-new clothing for boys and girls so families can choose back-to-school outfits for their children before the new school year begins.

We are currently accepting donations of clothing items in children’s sizes 4T–14/16, with our greatest need being sizes 7/8 through 14/16.

Needed items include:
👕 Shirts
🩳 Shorts
👖 Pants
🖤 Leggings
🏃 Sweatpants
🧥 Sweaters
🧢 Sweatshirts
🧦 Socks
🩲 Undergarments
All colors, including neutral colors

Your generosity will help ensure our students have clothing that allows them to feel confident, comfortable, and ready to learn when they walk through our doors this fall.

Meet Lizbeth Trejo, Educational Assistant at Buckingham Elementary

3 years with Worcester County Public Schools

“I love seeing the progress students make throughout the school year.”

A Proud Moment
One of my students communicated through their device which we had been working on for a while

What People May Not Realize
Sometimes nonverbal students have a difficult time communicating their needs, and it can be difficult for their teachers to understand what they need.

What She Loves Most About Her School Community
I love how we are all like a family, and everyone is included in everything.
