Thank you for helping make today’s virtual learning day a success! We truly appreciate your flexibility, patience, and support as we navigated learning from home.
It was wonderful to see so many students engaged online, and we are so grateful for the partnership we share with you. Thank you for working alongside us to support your child’s learning — we couldn’t do it without you!
See you tomorrow and No Before School Academies

Hello families!
Dojo is currently experiencing issues, we have contacted them to work on this. Head on over when it is time to Schoology and click conferences on the left to greet your teacher for the day or work on your packets! We will continue to update you.
Thank you!
Today is a virtual learning day.
Please begin by checking your teacher’s Class Dojo Story this morning for the schedule and to complete attendance. Then, head over to Schoology for live interaction and learning with your classroom teacher and friends.
If your child is unable to join virtually due to other circumstances, we understand. Students may complete the snow day packet in their folder and return it when we are back at school, or you may take pictures of the completed work and send them to the teacher.
Please reach out if you need any assistance today — we are here to help!
You may remember we sent home your student's password and login directions prior to our winter break as well as a Snow Day take home packet. Please dojo your student's teacher if you need support accessing the live conferences or with anything else throughout the day. You may also contact our helpdesk at https://tinyurl.com/WCPSHelp. The attached video reviews how to login to Schoology, navigate to your homeroom course and use Schoology conferencing. https://youtu.be/xfGbZVOYgYk.
We understand that internet and power outages may not allow all students to join conferences. Please don’t stress! We are here to support you. Any student unable to participate in synchronous (live) instruction will have 5 days from our date of return to complete make up work. Paper copies of virtual work and choice boards are available in students snow day folder/packets.
We will all do our best! Stay safe as we continue to dig out of Blizzard 2026.

Due to inclement weather conditions, Worcester County Public Schools will hold a virtual learning day on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Students should log-on to Schoology as directed by their school. All after school, evening and Adult Education classes are cancelled.
WCPS is aware that power and connectivity outages are still impacting some areas of our school system; however, as a reminder, all students will be provided support to make-up any instruction and classwork upon our return to in-school learning should they not be able to access synchronous instruction. Visit https://www.worcesterk12.org/page/virtual-day-instruction to view the virtual day instruction plan for more detail.

Meet our team and explore opportunities in teaching, administrative services, food service, operations & transportation, and technology! Register by March 5 at 6 p.m. We hope to see you there! #WeAreWorcester
