It is hard to believe, but we only have two more days of MCAP! Third and fourth graders will finish their Math MCAP this Thursday and Friday. Next week, we will begin our final iReady diagnostic! iReady is a diagnostic that we give in the beginning, middle, and end of the year to track individual student growth. Take a look at the calendar below to see exactly when each classroom will be taking the iReady diagnostic! Students test best when they are with their class, so please do your best to have your student at school on time and ready to learn on iReady days.

WCPS Families, to stem any confusion, please be aware that school is in session tomorrow, April 23. In August 2023, the Board of Education adopted a calendar revision moving the Countywide PD Day from April 23, to May 14, to align with the Presidential Primary election date. As this change occurred prior to the start of the school year, all of our countywide calendars have accurately reflected this information since that time.
